Every Digital Images banner, sticky back appliqué and sign is digitally printed on our NUR Fresco™ Hi Q 8c 1800 continuous drop on demand (CDOD) four or eight color process inkjet application printer with an apparent resolution of 720 dpi. Additional prints as required for outdoor use and/or as applicable for substrate specific applications, incorpate additional print protection via a waterborne aqueous clear coat acrylic urethane or an Avery DOL 1000 2.1 mil cast gloss overlaminate performance application and permanent adhesive.

Digital Images family of display products are constructed using only the highest quality materials available for uncompromising performance in the field. The following materials are used in conjunction with one or more banner, sticky back appliqué or hard bases sign options:

ScherBrite: A staple indoor/outdoor material used for mutli general purpose applications. ScherBrite is a 8, 12 & 14oz. pvc coated, ultra white material with aqueous clear coat protection.

ScherBrite II: The standard material used in the construction of our Banners For Business & Industry series of banners or for any other application requiring two sided and/or high resolution prints. ScherBrite II is a 12 oz. flexible, white polyester scrim matter, double sided printable, ultra smooth banner fabric designed for high resolution printing and a premium banner product ideal for all indoor and limited outdoor banner displays.

TacBrite and TacBrite Plus: Used for all indoor and outdoor sticky back appliqués. TacBrite is a 2.1 mil cast gloss white face film with pressure sensitive adhesive for multiple smooth and limited rough surface applications. TacBrite Plus offers the additional protection of a 2.1 mill gloss overlaminate and is recommended for most high wear and all outdoor display requirements.
